Over the past couple of months we have been doing quite a bit of remodeling and construction down here at Morrie’s 394 Hyundai. The work being done has been mostly focused on improving our customer experience through our service department. Ultimately we want to make your stop a speedier and more positive stopover each and every time you’re here. We have just about finished a completely redesigned car wash which is much more efficient than the previous one we had installed.
As a customer you will now have the option to purchase a “speedy pass” which will allow you, without even getting out of your car, to run through the wash during our business hours. You can always stop inside and have one of our car wash agents run the car through for you as well. We decided to go with 5 dryers (that’s 50 HP of dryers!) instead of the usual 3 commonly used on a car wash which is really making sure you’ll leave with a dry and happy car.
We also have installed new service garage doors which really add a much warmer feel to the service department as a whole inside and out. Above and beyond that a window was installed to easily see where to head once you pull into the garage. Now you can see the service writers waiting to help you just inside the door. They are waiting at their newly designed desks which allows room for our express lane for added ease when you arrive for your next express service visit.
