Morrie’s Goes to The Big Apple – NYIAS 2017

Ahhh. Spring is in the air and new cars are starting to hit the streets. So what better place to see all the latest and greatest vehicles coming our way this summer and beyond than at the New York International Auto Show? Luckily for us, Javits Center is just the place for best slots online us to get up close and personal with all of the latest models from Ford, Nissan, Subaru, Mazda, Cadillac, and many, many more. Some highlights of the show included Nissan’s Rogue Dogue, which featured a dog-friendly ramp as well as an onboard grooming station for your favorite pups, as well as Lincoln’s production version of the long-awaited Navigator that not only looked stunning but packs a serious punch with a 450-hp Ecoboost V6 borrowed from the Ford Raptor under the elegant hood. It seems NYIAS was a very SUV-intensive show this year, giving us our first look at the Subaru Ascent concept, a 7-seater SUV that was first teased in Los Angeles last year as the VIZIV-7 styling exercise. On the sportier side of things, Cadillac brought out their DPi-V.R. race car that has swept the first three races of the year in the IMSA series, including the 24 Hours of Daytona, the 12 Hours of Sebring, and the recent Long Beach Grand Prix.

We’ve compiled a big gallery from Day 1 at the auto show for you to look through, and please also head over to our Youtube channel to see all of our video highlights from the day as well.
