We are in a position to deliver moments of happiness thanks to the enormous support we receive from the communities we serve. We’ve been able to make the automotive ownership experience in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas better thanks to the support of our customers, our employees and the innumerable other people involved in our ongoing existence. And for this we are grateful. We feel compelled to give back to those who contribute to our success.
Buy Happy Giving is our way of giving back. It’s our avenue for deepening our relationships with the communities we serve and bringing moments of happy to those who need them most. Our people are instrumental in maximizing the impact of our Buy Happy Giving initiatives and allow us to deliver support that goes well beyond a financial contribution. We’re able to do so thanks to the cumulative grit, heart and personal efforts of our awesome workforce.
We work closely with several local organizations and non-profits in our community that help make life brighter for everyone and encourage our employees to use their 16 hours of annual volunteer PTO time with one of our philanthropic partners, or another organization of their choosing. We focus heavily on the communities we serve, assisting children and families, and sharing enriching personal experiences. We partner with organizations that make a difference – increasing quality of life and delivering a little bit of happiness to those who need it the most. For us, giving back matters. Because Happiness Matters.
